I can’t help but think that Tumblr has become like being at high school all over again. Wherever your from I’m sure you’ll agree that the popular people at school were usually the some of the horriblest people you’ll ever met.
Not all but some of the “popular” bloggers on Tumblr seem to be copying this behavior. Whether they weren’t popular at school are making up for it now I really don’t know, neither do I care.
I have recently unfollowed a number of poor excuses for human beings after their behavior towards some of their followers. It disgusts me that some of these people think that they are better than others just because of the number of followers they have. They seem to think that they have a right to speak to people in a bitchy and condescending way.
I mainly use Tumblr to browse and rarely post. For this reason I don’t have many followers. I don’t crave popularity like some do.
It just angers me that some people have forgotten how to use manners because they are on the internet. Get over yourselves and grow up.
I strongly believe in treating others how I wish to be treated myself. I think that some people would benefit from learning how to do this themselves.
Rant over.
